Submit ManuscriptThe Editors of the Journal of the Copyright Society of the U.S.A. invite authors to submit articles for possible publication in the Journal. Articles may deal with any aspect of copyright law and may be as brief as 10 pages or as long as 100 pages, single spaced. We accept submissions year-round.
A significant advantage of publishing in the Journal is the fact that the readership includes the most prominent copyright academics, practitioners, and policymakers, both in the U.S. and abroad. In addition, our relatively quick turnaround and light editing process mean that articles can reach this wide audience in a timely fashion.
