The peer-reviewed Journal of the Copyright Society of the U.S.A. is the leading U.S. law review devoted to copyright law. Presently published three times a year, the Journal includes articles and essays that are chosen by an Editorial Board comprised of the leading professors and practitioners in intellectual property. For nearly sixty years, the Journal has published landmark scholarship about copyright law by prominent academics, judges, practitioners, and government officials. The Journal welcomes submissions about United States domestic copyright as well as foreign or comparative perspectives on copyright.
